Red light therapy is often marketed as a non-invasive solution for hair loss, but I’m not a huge fan. While some studies show it can improve hair density or growth in certain cases, results are inconsistent and often modest at best. In my experience, it’s not a reliable standalone treatment—and I typically recommend proven medications like minoxidil and DHT blockers for better results.

  1. When I first noticed my hair thinning, I felt embarrassed even bringing it up. I tried oils, shampoos, and supplements. Nothing stuck. Then someone I trust mentioned how red light therapy worked for them, so I looked into it and found Noravele. Their red light hat became this calming little ritual. I didn’t think much of it until one day in better lighting I caught myself in the mirror and thought, wait, my hairline actually looks fuller. It was the first time in a long time I didn’t want to look away.

  2. So basically, he says : “take the drugs which can have side effects, change your hormones and have a cost but not the helmet who has no side effects because it’s to expensive” 🤯 Euh …. No!

  3. Last time I took finasteride I was single

A few months in and I got a girlfriend and I couldn’t get it up hard for nearly 2 years after I quit taking it

    I was only 25

She ended up dumping me and I don’t blame her

  4. That’s why I keep my helmet on my nightstand. I do a session when I wake up and before I go to sleep , in the bed.
