I have a new red light/infrared light pad and I have been experimenting with and I first treated an inflammed tendonitis elbow with the recommened 30 minutes. My elbow felt so worked, blasted, and naked, afterwards, I thought it might be a little too much. I definitely felt the need to wrap my elbow and keep it warm afterwards. I put a cut off fluffy sock on it. Two days later, I try to experiment some more around a sore tooth/jaw line that needs a dentist. Wow that felt really good! At 2:41pm in the afternoon the feel good feeling peaked a 9 minutes and went a little down hill after that. I quit a minute or so later. You can really feel it, so quit once the feel good feeling peaks and keep a diary for time of day, too, is my advice.
I sit for 15 minutes for wrinkles with no result after 4 weeks. Am I helping of Hurting? I have a large red light so I stand in front of the red light and it covers me from knees up
