  2. You are wrong about people in nature used to get redlight in infrared light everyday. Humans have evolved last couple of thousand years to wear clothes and live in wooded area where you wouldn’t get redlight or infrared light everyday. By your logic then we should eat only whales because that’s what some people in arctic did. Secondly people have evolved from jungles or where it was very shaded. If they were not shaded, they did whatever they could to shade themselves entire day then only go out at night. Having said that modern day humans probably can get some benefits from redlight but it doesn’t have to be everyday. Dosing is heavily relied on your skin color as well.
