Please note that I get a lot of requests and questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions. The following is not meant to be an exhaustive or definitive list. Please use it as a starting point. If you have questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider. With that said, I have tried a number of the products below, but not all. I have included some based on positive feedback from many of my patients. As an Amazon Associate, Dr Peng earns from qualifying purchases. 1. Most people can’t afford the fancy laser treatments. Not to mention how lucrative they are to the clinics offering these treatments. Like expensive drugs (with dangerous side effects) versus natural remedies, they don’t make any money if we have a home use red light panel that is serving us well.

  2. I got a osteotomy on my metacarpal and used it after getting my cast off. Had to wear a splint for 4 weeks after the cast. I bought an expensive belt one and used that to wrap my hand twice a day for 15 mins . Noticed huge improvement and even my PT said I’m improving way faster than what’s typical for recovery. Not sure if it’s 100% the red light but I don’t regret ever getting it lol

  3. Only 3 of the 7 first links yield an article that can be referenced. Does not appear to be great clinical evidence of the efficacy of the therapy.
